Brevo is one of the few platforms in this category that publishes its annual rates in machine-readable form on its own page, in six currencies. Here is the complete USD list, verified September 30, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | What the plan includes | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | — | Up to 300 emails a day once the account is approved | A daily send cap, not a monthly one — bursts get clipped |
| Starter | $9 | $96.96 | 5,000 emails a month to start; editor, templates, AI copy, segmentation, forms, basic reporting | No marketing automation on this tier |
| Standard | $18 | $194.04 | Everything in Starter, plus unlimited multi-step automation, A/B testing, advanced reporting, web and event tracking, 1 landing page | Doubles the bill for the feature most buyers came for |
| Professional | $499 | $5,388.96 | 150,000 emails a month, 10 seats | Nothing exists between $18 and $499 |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Custom (1M+ contacts) | A negotiation, not a price |
Two more line items sit beside the plans on the same page: Sales Essentials at $27.92 a month and Sales Advanced at $58.50 per user per month — CRM add-ons priced outside the email plans entirely.
Brevo's discount for paying a year up front is about 10%, and unlike most vendors it publishes the exact annual figure instead of hiding it behind a quote flow:
The trade is timing: a full year is charged up front. If there is any chance you will outgrow the plan's send allowance before month twelve, the discount is smaller than the cost of being on the wrong plan — and Brevo sells extra volume as pay-as-you-go credit rather than moving you up a tier automatically.
Brevo prices per billing region, and its page publishes every rate it charges. The spread between regions is larger than most buyers expect — the same Starter plan is $9, €7, £6, CA$10, AU$12 or ₹625 a month depending on where the account bills.
| Plan | USD | EUR | GBP | CAD | AUD | INR |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter, monthly | $9 | €7 | £6 | CA$10 | AU$12 | ₹625 |
| Starter, yearly | $96.96 | €75.96 | £65.04 | CA$108 | AU$129.96 | ₹6,750 |
| Standard, monthly | $18 | €15 | £13 | CA$22 | AU$25 | ₹1,345 |
| Standard, yearly | $194.04 | €162 | £140.04 | CA$237.96 | AU$270 | ₹14,526 |
| Professional, monthly | $499 | €499 | £429 | CA$729 | AU$824 | ₹44,680 |
| Professional, yearly | $5,388.96 | not stated in EUR | £4,635 | CA$7,868.04 | AU$8,892 | ₹482,549.04 |
One cell is blank on purpose: Brevo's own EUR section lists the Professional annual figure as a dollar amount rather than a euro one, so we print what the page states and leave the euro rate out rather than convert it. Currencies are never converted here — only printed as published.
Brevo's free and paid emails carry a Brevo logo, and the add-on that removes it is priced at $10.80 a month — $129.60 a year. Set beside the plan it would naturally attach to, the arithmetic is uncomfortable: Starter billed annually is $96.96, so removing the logo costs $32.64 a year more than the entire Starter plan, which also includes 5,000 emails a month to start. A buyer on the free plan who wants unbranded email pays more for that one line item than a buyer who upgrades to the cheapest paid tier. We flagged this in our cross-vendor hidden fees guide; it is worth its own section here because no other vendor we price has an add-on that outbills the plan it sits beside.
Starter's feature list — editor, templates, AI copy generation, segmentation, forms and basic reporting — does not include marketing automation. Automated multi-step workflows are listed under Standard, "Everything in Starter, plus", at $18 a month. So the buyer who signs up for $9 because the sticker says "email marketing from $9" and discovers in week three that welcome sequences need Standard has doubled the bill. The honest framing: $9 buys sending, $18 buys sending plus automation. For buyers whose deciding feature is automation, the cheaper sticker belongs to whichever vendor includes it on the cheapest paid plan — our Brevo vs MailerLite comparison prices that trade-off band by band.
Between Standard ($18) and Professional ($499) there is nothing — no mid tier, no published intermediate rung. That is a 27.7× jump, and it lands exactly where a growing list does: Professional starts at 150,000 emails a month with 10 seats. A sender outgrowing 5,000–50,000 emails a month on Standard has two published options: buy more volume as pay-as-you-go credit (which does not expire, at 1 credit per email) or leap to $499. Where your volume lands between those points is precisely the number Brevo's page does not publish — which brings us to the last gap.
Every figure on this page was read from Brevo's own pricing page — its machine-readable price feed in particular — and verified on September 30, 2026, with the verification date printed above. Where the page states a figure in one currency and not another, we print the gap instead of converting. Our methodology page explains the full process, and our disclosure explains what affiliate commissions do and do not change. If you are weighing Brevo against a specific rival, our Brevo vs Mailchimp comparison prices a contact-band bill against a volume bill at the one size both vendors publish, and the list-size cost calculator prices the platforms that do publish full ladders at 500 to 30,000 subscribers, leaving the gaps blank.
Per Brevo's own pricing page, verified September 30, 2026: Starter $9 a month, Standard $18, Professional $499 (USD), with a free plan at $0 and Enterprise quoted. Billed annually the same plans publish at $96.96, $194.04 and $5,388.96 — roughly 10% under twelve monthly payments.
The no-logo add-on is $10.80 a month, or $129.60 a year. Starter billed annually is $96.96 — the add-on alone bills $32.64 a year more than the whole plan beneath it, and the plan also includes 5,000 emails a month to start.
By emails sent. Brevo bills monthly volume and treats contacts as storage, so its page prints no per-contact ladder. The contact-by-volume matrix runs inside an on-page calculator and is not published in the page itself, so bills between its published volume points are not on the record anywhere.
Up to 300 emails a day once the account is approved — a daily send cap, not a monthly allowance and not a contact cap. It is a volume-shaped free tier, unlike the 250-contact or 250-subscriber caps at Mailchimp and MailerLite.
About 10%, and the rates are published: $11.04 saved on Starter, $21.96 on Standard, $599.04 on Professional. The cost is timing — a year charged up front — so it only pays if you are confident the plan's send allowance will still fit your calendar at month twelve.
